I had an incredible stay in the Queen Room with City View. The breathtaking view of the beach added a special touch to my trip. Staff were friendly, but the check-in felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

The Superior Queen Room with Ocean View was impressive, featuring a beautiful bathroom and an exceptional view to the beach. However, the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. for $35, I expected more variety, including freshly cooked eggs. Additionally, the parking fee was a flat $15, which felt a bit steep. Despite these downsides, the room's comfort and stunning ocean views made the stay worthwhile.

I loved the stunning ocean view from my room. The lift was out, so I had to drag my bags up the stairs. Perfect location near the beach with lots of nearby dining options. Not enough soundproofing. noise from neighbors was annoying.

The room was spacious, but the bed was way too soft, and we kept rolling into the middle. It didn’t help us get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was nice and clean, but overall it felt a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet was just okay—definitely not worth the $35 tag. Oh, and they really need to upgrade that parking system. it was a hassle to find a spot. Staff were nice, though!

Nice location, but not what I expected

Had high hopes for this stay, but it was a bit of a letdown. The ocean view room was mostly blocked by trees. The wedding noise pounded through our walls way past midnight, which made it tough to sleep. On the bright side, the bar had awesome cocktails and I enjoyed the leisure area. Parking was a hassle too.

Perfect location, just a quick stroll to the beach! The Queen room was quite spacious for my family, making our stay comfy.

However, the cleaning staff must've been on holiday, since we found more bugs than in a nature documentary. Also, that pool? More like a puddle!

i love staying at novotel. the staff here are always smiling and super helpful. my room with a city view was quiet and very comfortable. the location is fantastic, with many great eateries around. the fitness center, beachside fitness, offered a quality experience, and the in-room dining was quick and delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning and taking a dip in the outdoor pool with the sun shining down. Relaxing on the sun terrace was a real treat, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was that the room’s windows could use a good wash as they impacted the view a bit. 😎
